My main goal is to see my patients better equipped to pursue whatever comes their way; whether it bet at work, home, pursuing hobbies, or athletics. As a practitioner I look to use integrative bodywork using a multi-disciplined approach to alleviate problems at an affordable cost. Integrative bodywork is in a clothed environment and incorporates myofascial, trigger point, orthopedic, and kinesthetic techinques to solve complex problems within the body. You will find it is mostly hands-on with the assistance of cupping and scraping as needed or suggested.

I also offer lymphatic and pre-natal work depedent on condition and variables.
