About
In 2017, I graduated from the Denver Integrative Massage School and also received my licensing in Colorado to practice massage therapy. Specifically, I am interested in working out interruptions/blockages in the sen energy system of the body while manipulating deep tissue/trigger points. I like to employ my elbows and forearms for general pressure, or my knees and feet when severe pressure is warranted.
I have studied Chinese Kenpo/Kuntao, Indonesian Silat, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in the past. I was a TA with my late mentor, Karla Schwenn, in hatha yoga for 7 semesters at Metropolitan State University where I also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology.
I try to start each day with positive affirmation, a smile, and gratitude to be breathing. I have lived/travelled around the world and hope to do it again with my better half. I enjoy riding the trails on my bicycle, going to the movies, listening to all kinds of music, and designing/fabricating wood furniture.
