Naphawan O'Shea

Naphawan is a Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) and Massage Therapist who is also Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (BCTMB), a member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professional (ABMP), Medical Volunteer of Fairfax Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) and Virginia Volunteer Health System (VVHS). A member of National Nurse United-RNRN (RN Response Network). In the past, she has many years worked as an RN and as a massage therapist in hospitals, chiropractor offices and  natural healthcare centers.

In Thailand, she had studied Thai Herbal in the fourth year of her nursing school as an elective subject. Upon graduating, she worked as a holistic nurse for the government in public healthcare centers and hospitals for many years. During the time she was working at the hospital, she had special training with physical therapists at Sirindhon National Medical Rehabilitation Centre (SNMRC) for patients with cerebrovascular diseases such as Stroke, Hemiplegia, Spinal injury, Cerebral Palsy, Amputation and Musculoskeletal pain.

She has also worked as a Holistic Health Care Provider with integrated Western and Eastern medicine in hospitals and communities, which includes teaching and training for over 15 years before her arrival in the U.S. In Thailand, Naphawan also owns a Thai herb store and an organic herb farm. Because of her background in holistic health and alternative medicine combined with her passion and expertise in Western and Eastern medicine,  she promotes holistic healing at her own practice in DC and VA.

Additionally, I'm an NCBTMB Approved Continuing Education Provider  and I offer personal and group classes.
