Teri Nofer, LMT, PTA began a career in rehabilitation as a Physical Therapist Assistant but transitioned to therapeutic massage as a way to care for the whole human being. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, Teri believes that massage is more than just relaxation. She combines massage and bodywork to improve postural balance, functional movement, and quality of breath for pain and stress reduction. Her passion is whole body wellness and optimal fitness, and her education includes Integrated Positional Therapy, Therapeutic Yoga, and Myofascial Release as well as traditional Swedish, Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Release. She truly wants each client to be pain free and age well. While you may seek treatment for pain, optimal fitness is always her target goal.
