About
I am a manual bodywork massage therapist that focuses on pain reduction. I have been in practice for more than 15 years. My massage training is from a medical massage school and licensed by the state medical board. My education and continuing education includes several modalities in pain management such as kinesiotaping, myofascial blading, cupping, and manual lymphatic drainage. I am a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist with more than 700 hours of training which is a light touch therapy to assist release of shock or trauma held in the body. I also bring with me skills from a background in Occupational Therapy.
I believe that if you are on a path of health and wellness for yourself, massage, pain management and craniosacral therapy should be included to balance that purpose.
