Massage sessions are focused on improving your quality of life by incorporating specialized modalities to reduce pain, stretch therapy, rehabilitation focused work and aid in common issues such as back pain, sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome, plantar fasciitis to name a few.  

I tailor my massages to meet each individual's unique needs. We offer over twenty years of hands on experience and a combined total of over 3,000 hours of instruction.  I am also an Arvigo Mayan Abdominal Therapy practicioner.
