Teodosiya Momchilova

Hello! My name is Teodosiya (Teddy) and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with several years of experience in the field. I am originally from Bulgaria where I graduated as a Kinesitherapist. I have always been fascinated by the human body and how it works, that’s why I decided to pursue a career in massage therapy after coming to live in the United States of America.

I have experience working with clients of all ages and groups, from professional athletes to individuals dealing with chronic pain, recovering from injuries, people with disabilities or just these who are looking for a stress relief and relaxation. My strong background in Anatomy, Kinesiology, Neurology, Sports medicine and Lymphology, combined with a personal approach and a bit of a healing touch allows me to reach high-efficient results.

My approach to massage therapy is holistic, taking into account not only the physical symptoms, but also your emotional and mental wellbeing. Therapeutic massage is a collaborative experience and it requires communication and team work to expedite the healing process and your wellness. I believe that by creating a safe and comfortable environment and utilizing a range of massage techniques, I can help you achieve optimal health and reach your goals.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, cooking and always keep educating myself in the field of the Massage Therapy, so I can help as many people as possible! ??
