Massage is a channel through which I empower my clients to heal themselves.  With twenty five years experience in the corporate world, I know first-hand the demands and pressures of modern life, particularly in the fast-paced technology world.

By transitioning into the field of massage, my intention is to provide a safe and secure space for my clients to relax and heal-- a refuge from hectic and stressful daily life.  As a bi-weekly massage client for over twelve years, I also personally know how tremendously beneficial regular treatments can be. Regular massage strenthens the immune system, releases natural pain killers, increases mobility in restricted areas, and increases your overall sense of well-being. 

Anyone seeking the healing power of touch with compassionate, patient attention can have the utmost confidence in my work.
