I have been a professional massage therapist since 1997. I specialize in treating sports injuries using trigger point
therapy techniques to reduce pain, improve range of motion, and improve overall health and wellness.
Recently, I have joined Element Wellness Group in Northeast Minneapolis, MN. I provide excellent sports massage therapy for all people...not just athletes. We are conveniently located on NE Broadway between New Brighton Blvd. and Stinson Blvd.
