Hi! My name is Tatyana. I'm a life coach and a massage therapist. 

 

I combine massage techniques with intuition and energy work to help you release pain and old traumas from your body, as well as facilitating emotional release. Proficient in 12 different modalities of massage and bodywork I create a unique healing session for you. I can effectively address a wide variety of issues including but not limited to old injuries, chronic pain, and migraines.

 

Through Life Coaching I can equip you with proper knowledge and tools to overcome issues like stress, anxiety, depression, addictions, and other deep emotional trauma. I can show you new prospective to look at your life challenges that will allow you to improve your life quality in health, relationships, personal growth, career, and will help you to build the life balance you are looking for.
