My name is Tania. I have been a state licened Massage Therapist for 16 yrs. I believe by helping others we help ourselves. The human touch is an amazing and compassionate thing. Bodywork of all types can not only help a person with the physical musculoskeletal aches and pains, but it can also aid in a persons mental and emotional processing and healing. When I help a person feel better physically, mentally, &/or emotionally, I get an equally uplifting feeling knowing that I aided in this process.
