Tammy Ann Beach

Hi! I’m Tammy Beach; I’m a Holistic Health Practitioner.  I received my training from Healing Hands School of Holistic Health in Escondido, Ca. I’m Licensed and Certified with the State of California and have been a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP) since 1997. I have over 16 years of experience working with Physician’s (Western, Eastern & Naturopathic) as well as Nutritionist, Oncologist, Professors, and other Health Professionals, from all over the world.  

 I specialize in sculpting and carefully customizing each session, unique to each person. I use many modalities which could include manual lymph drainage, deep tissue, healing touch, reflexology, sports, hot stone, and aromatherapy. Using long smooth strokes and picking up cues from the body, I’m always searching for areas of resistance were stress and tension builds up. In listening to the body, I then apply pressure deep enough to be effective, yet gentle and nurturing enough for the body to relax. With this release, blood carrying vital nutrients, can now flow into the muscle, creating a healing and regenerating effect. This allows for reduced pain, and your movements become relaxed, integrated and effortless.
