If you have reduced range of motion, pain in normal everyday functions, consistant nagging pain that is not going away, let me see if we can put together a plan to relieve the pain.  We will work together to figure out how it got this bad and then how to get it better by addressing the muscles, the recurring injury, or the position that is making it worse.  (Sitting at your desk, looking at the computer while answering the phone) and help you to live your best life.

Being able to have a runner, run again or a mother pick up a child without being in pain is a pleasure of mine.  I love to hear that clients don't get migraine headaches any longer. It is wonderful when a client has full range of motion in the arms again.

I really like to tune into my clients during a massage session and understand what their underlying condition is so that I can really address it and help them to heal.  It may be the way that they sit, run or walk.  It may bethe way they hold tension.
