My name is Nicole Johnson I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2012. I became a massage therapist to help clients manage pain and maintain mobility. When I was 11 my doctor diagnosed me with an orhtopedic condition and determinined I would degenerate quickly. The prognosis was not favorable. He projected full disability by age 30. When I asked the alternitive treatments he suggested exercise. Since I have used a combination of exercise and massage and I am happy to report that I am pain free. If I had known about massage therapy then I could have saved years of pain.
I love to customise sessions for my clients specific needs to help them get the greatest benefit from our massage session. Assesing where the pain is coming from and making a unique plan for relieving it is a key component to my practice. In addition to the massage school I have completed over 400 hours of continuing education. This allows for a wide range of tools to be used in any given session. I have certifications in Prenatal massage, MediCupping, Orthopedic Massage, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
