Sylvia Overton

Hello, I’m Sylvia Overton and I began my journey into Massage Therapy in 2009. I believe massage and energy work can help aid in the healing of the whole self. Using a therapeutic touch and symmetry, I help create a relaxed state in the body and mind.  I like to use a mix of deep tissue, myofascial, and trigger point therapy to release muscle tensions.

I’m a passionate healer with an alternative approach and am dedicated to helping my clients move through a wide range of physical, emotional and spiritual transitions in the most efficient and transformative way possible.
