I have been especially drawn to Craniosacral work along with energy healing for those that are extremely sensitive.  However, I can easily switch gears to provide the more physical types of massage that are needed to alleviate painful injuries and/or traumas.  I tend to incorporate multiple modalities with each massage depending on the needs of each client. My goal is to bring self-awareness and relaxed mindset as well as reducing physical pain that many of us experience.  When you can focus on mind/body/spirit as a whole, the healing process is inevitable.  I look forward to sharing this path with you!
