Susane Soffe

My bodywork style is rooted in a yoga foundation, and in an awareness of the nervous and endocrine system. I work closely with each client to customize a session to the individual's needs.  My passion is helping my clients to embody their authentic selves by creating a safe, deeply present space for them to be fully present in their bodies. 

I specailize in trauma release movement, which can include sound healing and yoga/meditation techniques.  My initial body work training was through the IPSB school in Culver City, CA, and has continued with advanced study in cranio sacral therapy with Hugh Milne of The Milne Institute, and Gary Strauss at Life Energy Institute. I infuse an awareness of neurobiology and neuroscience researchers, including studies with Polyvagal Institute's Stephen Porges & Sue Carter, and Traumatic Resarch Foundation's Bessel Van der Kolk.  

I am a certified Kundalini Yoga level one instructor. I live and work full time in North Bay region of San Francisco Bay Area.

I am available for individualized sessions in Marin, Sonoma, Napa & Solano Counties, and open to working in other regions upon request.
