As a nurse, mother and athlete my body was in constant high-stress. This call forth seeking massage and accupuncture treatments for self healing and reseting my body, mind and spirit. Attending massage school, not only gave the skills to treat others but the power of touch has improve my life for the better. Today, as a Massage Therapist I have started my Sunset Stride Moblie Massage bussiness to rehabilitate and speed recovery to variety of individuals.

I individualize each session to your particular needs. Emphasizing on your concerns. I travel to your home or private space where you feel more relaxed and comfortable to receive. I also work from home at times. I specialize on multiple techniques including; sport, deep tissue, swedish, prenatal and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. In addition, I used different tools and oils to elevate your massage experience.
