I work with you to find the best combination of modalities that will provide you a personalized integrated treatment to help eliviate the issues you are presenting for each session I provide for you. I am also a certified personal trainer and life coach which allows me to work mind, body and spirit together. I look at the body as a whole rather than at the symptoms alone- you are a whole human being not a body part. 

I have over 35+ years of working on bodies in one form or another. My experieces include working in a chronic pain hospital, PT clinic, chriopractor office, senior living facility in addition to corporate setting and in home setting. My externship for my bachelors was at a body building and fitness training camp with Mr. & Ms. Olyimpia build builders and for my massage training it was with Hospice- so the best of the best and the worst of the worst.

I also work with animals using tuning forks/vibrational therapy.
