Hello, I am Stephanie Kos LMT, CLT, SEp, and specialist in Lymphatic Enhancement Technology. I have had a clinical massage license since 2011. My training includes being certified in Vodder Technique Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT). 

In 2018 I specialized in Lymphatic Enhancement Technology (LET) and began practicing with an FDA registered Aria Elite. The treatment combines electrostatic energy field, electromagnetic energy, and sound waves to stimulate the release of interstitial toxins, profoundly improve microcirculation, and accelerate healing time. My sessions often involve a combination of traditional MLD and LET.

The understanding of the lymphatic system has expanded, and it is now generally recognized as a system to treat preventatively. Individuals with lymphedema or general edema will greatly benefit from LET treatments. In general, cellular detoxification improves immune function and can be beneficial to most individuals.

Indications for LET treatment:

Autoimmune disease: Rheumatoid Arthritis, Lupus

Diet and weight changes/gut microbiome balancing/cleansing

Edema of any origin

Endometriosis, fibroids, and abdominal scar tissue

Gastrointestinal issues: Chron’s disease, IBS, Celiac disease, and any other cause of abdominal inflammation

Lymph node removal

Post-cancer edema and radiation burns

Post-operative/injury healing: increased healing, decreased inflammation, reduction of bruising and scarring

Sinus/chronic allergies

Thyroid nodules

Contraindications for LET treatment:

Congestive Heart Failure

Pregnancy

Individuals with implanted medical devices, pacemakers

Individuals under 12 years old
