I have been a licensed massage therapist and energy worker in the Tucson area
for over 25 years.
*I am here as an answer to the ubiquitous recommendation of “Reduce your
overall stress level,” especially for women going through the
perimenopause/menopause transition.*
I seek to serve human beings who understand the benefit of a little regular self-
investment. Those who know how helpful it is to take some quiet time away from
technology and allow for a nervous system recharge - often leading to less pain,
more freedom, and contributing to overall improved health.
I help to create the conditions for you to feel safe, seen, and heard so you can

wholeness and unity, where nothing is missing or broken - but maybe some heavy
