Sherrin Bernstein, LMT, CA, is the owner of Touch Fitness, Informative Bodywork® and Attract Essentials, Intention-Based Aromatherapy®. She moved from NYC to Miami in 2018 and joined the MBCC. She is a graduate of NYU’s Gallatin Division with a BA in Dance, minoring in Injury Rehabilitation. Her years as a dancer, physical instructor, and Licensed Massage Therapist (in NY via The Swedish Institute and in FL, via The Educating Hands School of Massage) led her to aromatherapy and to develop Informative Bodywork®. After essential oils and business courses, she developed her flagship product, Ritual 1, Intention-Based Aromatherapy® and realized she could touch many more people with aromatherapy and created Root, Branch & Blossom® all natural products for home & body.
