Whitman said it best: our bodies are sacred. When the body is too tired, malnourished, overworked, stressed out or lacks enough exercise, it begins to falter system by system.
I've been a licensed massage therapist since 2001. My philosophy has always remained the same: "Care for the Body that Houses Your Soul." I am committed to helping my clients tend to their bodies responsibly and respectfully by offering therapeutic massage techniques that encourage harmony between the body, mind and spirit.
Sessions are tailored to suit client needs. The session length you choose may depend on your level of experience with massage and the amount of time spent on specific areas of discomfort. The massage techniques and levels of pressure are integrated into the session depending on your preference.
