Sherilee Shay Bakken

I've been practicing massage since 1995, and it is still my passion, vocation, and true calling. I was a massage instructor from 2015-2018 at Minnesota State College Southeast in Winona, MN, and I fully enjoyed helping to shape a new generation of therapists. In 2019, in addition to working in private practice, I will begin work as a hospice massage therapist- an honor and privilege I am looking forward to. My most recent continuing education was the Hospital-Based Massage Therapy program through Mayo School of Health Sciences (2016), and the Orthopedic Massage program (2017-2018) through the Academy of Clinical Massage. Currently I am working towards a specialty certification in Clinical Rehabilitave Massage, also through the Academy of Clinical Massage. In the near future I look forward to continuing education in Oncology Massage, Manual Lymph Drainage, and Dermoneuromodulation. I am well-versed in many modalities, and work with clients who have a wide range of goals, from relaxation to rehabilitation, and everything in between! I hope to meet and work with you soon!
