Shannon Carmack

My name is Shannon Carmack. I have been a licensed massage therapist for 15 months. I recieved my training at Technical College of the Rockies in Delta, Colorado. I have training in swedish, deep tissue and sports massage, neuromuscular therapy, connective tissue techniques, kinesiology, and hydrotherapy. I am also trained in several spa modalities including hot stone massage, body wraps, and salt scrubs. I offer chair massage in my practice along with off site, professional setting only, chair massage. I practice chair massage at a local nursing home currently, giving massage to staff and residents. I like to custom tailor each massage session according to the client's needs and goals in order to give an optimal treatment.
