Sarah DeBerardinis

Sarah Michaele Autry is a North Carolina Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist.  Shortly after graduating from the University of North Carolina she decided to explore a career in massage therapy.  In 1999 she completed the Massage Therapy Diploma Program at the Body Therapy Institute in Silk Hope, NC where she is currently a faculty member teaching Anatomy and Physiology as well as hands on modalities.  It is her endearing enthusiasm and passion for learning and teaching that sets her massage apart.  She believes that client education is necessary for true integration and healing of the body, mind, and spirit. 

Over the last decade Sarah has taken many continuing education courses including Massage Cupping, Thai-style massage, Warm (Sacred Stone) Therapy, Chronic Pain and Fibromyalgia treatments and more.  Sarah brings a depth of knowledge and experience to her work and excels at both deeply relaxing massage and more focused work designed to release patterns of chronic pain and tension.  Her skillful hands and kind heart help her clients achieve their health and wellness goals.  She is a member of the Association of Massage and Bodywork Professionals and the Alliance for Massage Therapy Educators.
