Hello!

Thanks for visiting my page. If you're looking for some deep and focused massage work to target chronic pain or difficult muscle patterns, I would be happy  to assist in facilitating some release. I initially got into massage therapy as a way to complement my fitness business and help my clients strategize a fitness and recovery plan. I've come to realize that the affects of a massage session often times reveal other positive benefits that a client may not initially have realized at the beginning of a session; this speaks to the many health benefits of a good massage session. 

 

My approach always starts with an inquisitive mindset in which I listen to a client and observe signs that help me create a strategy for my session. I'll typically use a mix of modalities depending on what the session goals are. The most common symptoms I treat are shoulder/neck pain, low back pain, sciatic pain, inner shoulder blade trigger points. 

 

Helping others find relief is incredibly rewarding to me, which is why I've chosen to take a medical and therapeutic approach in my practice. It also brings me great joy to see that satisfied look on a client's face knowing they are leaving in a better state of health.
