WELCOME to my massage and bodywork experience. I offer a professional, mature massage experience that is completely tailored just for you. The goal for me in my bodywork sessions with you is to facilitate you to acheive your desired outcomes for yourself and how you feel about yourself. Whether it be health, flexibility, sleep, relief from pain, stress relief, body awareness or to just feel cared about. My desire for you is to have all those things as well as a sense of vitality and a desire for life and to live it to it's greatest potential. To think of, and to find tomorrow as a new beginning and adventure.

My main practice is Thai Massage and bodywork but I am trained in a variety of techniques and styles and I continually expand my abilities and knowledge so that you may benefit from having many options and varieties of applications for your massage needs and experiences with me.
