It still astounds me that after over 20 years of bodywork and coaching I still LOVE what I get to do! Getting to support people in elevating to their next level of wellness - in body, mind, or spirit (or all three) is one of the most incredible experiences! Whether it is a relaxing massage, working with more specific challenges of injury, pain, stress, or emotional challenge or life coaching to design and create an intentional life, it is truly a delight and an honor.
