My journey in health and wellness started in 2017, I graduated as a Certified Massage Therapist in 2019 and Holistic Health Practitioner in 2020 at the Healing Hands School of Holistic Health in Escondido, Ca. Since then I've become an advocate in prioritizing self awareness in mind, body and soul for optimal health. Self care isn't a luxury, it's a fundamental necessity for a wholesome life. The body is like a sculpture, it holds beauty for one admire but with the passing of time and neglect, it slowly begins to crumble. Massage therapy is key to maintaining our masterpiece of a body at it's most resilient. I launched Sculpture Bodyworks to bring the luxuries of a spa to the comfort of your home.
