I have completed 1 year Massage therapy school, 18 month Personal trainer school with NASM at Intellitec College, Completion of Medical Massage certification with the LMT Success Group

My philosophy is simple: I believe, inherently, that the human body can heal itself. I try and facilitate that natural healing process by listening to and understanding each client's particular needs by working collaboratively to develop an individualized treatment plan that enhances your experience. Whether it's through pure relaxation techniques, deep tissue massage, medical massage, trigger point therapy, cupping therapy, or sports massage and PNF, we will be working together to help you optimize your health and well being.
