Hi there, 

My name is Mariah Lynn and I am a holistic body therapist practicing on the coast and in the bay area of California.

I practice a Vitalist approach to life and in turn in my offerings to my clients on the table. This essentially states that there is a vital force, a consciousness, which flows and is present within and throughout our bodies, as well as all other living organisms. This vitality is self preserving, always nurturing and supportive to what is best for our personal evolutionary growth, our overall balanced health and an ease of flowing through the ups and downs that are life. Hence, our bodies are inherently consistently pushing for healing and a sense of wholeness, completeness, resting in duality with all else.

Therefore, during sessions, I use my intuition to communicate to your body's wisdom to guide us on our journey. Together, energetically and mostly without words, we will weave together knowledge of the chakras, the elements, Astrology, botanical intelligence, and alchemy to come to a safe feeling of true compassion and connection to all other living beings. Allowing our bodies to express truthfully in a loving, safe environment (compared to traditional stifling conditional relationships) encourages a playful outlook on life, and a long-lasting sense of peace in your place in the universe.
