No pain, lots of gain! I practice Ortho-Bionomy®, a gentle and affirming modality that is excellent for a wide range of concerns, both acute and chronic: everyday stress and tensions, pain, sciatica and other nerve complaints, impact injuries and trauma; as well as women's health issues, surgical rehab, arthritis, scoliosis, cranial care, and befriending your body. 

First and foremost I want to create ease/comfort in your body through subtle repositioning and touch. Because the approach is gentle, your body relaxes and trusts that it is safe under my hands. This in turn re-awakens your body's innate self-corrective reflexes, so that tensions and the patterns holding them release from the inside out. As a result, ease, range of motion, and function increase--and tend to be lasting because the body has actually remembered how to do it itself.
