As a Certified Massage Therapist, Sara utilizes Swedish massage, as well as the natural exchange of energies, to promote overall health and healing.  Therapeutic Cupping is also available should you need it. Whether you need to reduce stress, relieve everyday aches and pains, your treatment will be customized to meet your needs.
