Sarah, founder and owner of Rooted Toward Wellness has her roots in the healing power of massage. Combining her vast knowledge in physical therapy, massage therapy, and reiki, Sarah has developed her one of a kind “body mapping massage” technique.

She believes everybody has a road map built in and once she starts her massage her hands can easily find the best path to follow. The results are incredible and have helped people release both physical, and emotional pains.  

Sarah is licensed to practice massage both in Georgia and Florida and has been doing so for over 15 years.  She incorporates aromatherapy, stretching, heat therapy, cupping, at no extra charge.
