Hi, I'm Sarah! I am a wellness warrior and love all things health and wellness centered that help us become better physically, mentally and spiritually. I believe your journey towards ultimate health and wellness can start today or any day you choose. I believe whole-heartedly in the benefits of therapeutic massage to relieve not only physical tension but mental stress as well. I specialize in Deep Relief massage which combines relaxation and deep tissue techniques paired with the use of your breath. I always work within your comfort level but will encourage you to breathe through the center of any pain you might experience as there is great relief on the other side of that pain. Our muscles hold on to trauma and my Deep Relief techniques allow your muscles to release those trapped emotions and traumas that your muscles have held on to for so long. You may feel a surge of emotions during or after Deep Relief and that is totally normal. Acknowledge those feelings and set them free. 

My unique intuitive skills combined with my hands-on-training in anatomy, physiology and myology allows me to feel areas of stress and tension and use my specialized techniques to release those areas in the most efficient ways possible and within your comfort level.

I took my schooling in massage therapy very seriously graduating from the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in 2009 in Syracuse, NY in the top 10% of my class. I pride myself in my level of professionalism and knowledge in the field.

I was hired at SpaZend before graduating with honors and worked there for 8 years before becoming a full-time mom to my two little darlings. I was the lead therapist at SpaZend before going on maternity leave in 2017 after the birth of my second baby. I am in a wonderfully grateful position to offer massage part time at the Center of Grace in Manlius, NY as well as privately by appointment only.
