My name is Sara Helland, owner of Chrysalis Body & Soul on Maui, Hawaii. I started Chrysalis Body & Soul with a passion in sharing my knowledge of health, wellness and healing with others.
After going through a transformative experience myself, I was on a fast track to learning more about yoga, massage and reiki. As a licensed massage therapist and bodyworker, I have extensive training in multiple massage modalities and energy work. Since moving to Hawaii, I have broadened my knowledge with training in Hawaiian Healing. Modalities such as Hawaiian lomi lomi, breathwork, laying of the hands, and bone washing are truly life changing and healing to the soul.
With Chrysalis Body & Soul each session is divinely guided and intuitively orchestrated to meet your individual needs. As a licensed massage therapist I listen to your needs and assess the body to create a unique session that addresses any discomfort, stress or emotional burden. I work with the body as a whole and in some cases, multiple modalities may be used to fulfill your body's requests.
