I love helping clients reduce pain and create ease of movement. I use a global approach, informed by observation of your posture and the way that you move overall, but my first priority with most clients is seeing how efficiently and how thoroughly we can address the discomforts that motivate your visit. In continued care we work to further balance the patterns of tension that contribute to your complaints, understand how they relate to and interact with each other, and develop sustainable strategies to avoid their return.

The techniques I most often use include assessment of movement and posture, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, positional release, and stretching combined with resistance and movement. I specialize in work with migraines, shoulder and back pain, nerve entrapment, and hypermobility.
