Sara Kitcher believes that rest and relaxation are revolutionary. Often, we rely on pushing, striving, and grinding to accomplish our goals. Allowing ourselves to let go and relax can be surprisingly difficult and complicated. Through her practice, Sara has noticed that when she slows down, works gently with the body and soothes the nervous system, healing can be profound and lasting. As a person who has experienced complex trauma, Sara has witnessed firsthand how effective somatic bodywork is in releasing the imprint that trauma leaves on our bodies. Sara strives to provide massage that is deeply relaxing, intuitive, respectful, and effective.
Each massage treatment with Sara will be unique and may include elements of swedish and deep tissue massage, craniosacral therapy, cupping, and gua sha.
