Rene has 22 years of experience in Massage Therapy.  Board Certified with continued education in Trigger Point Therapy, Neil Asher Techniques, Sports Massage, Muscle Energy Technique, Deep Tissue, Myofascial  Release, Soft Tissue Release, Positional Release Techniques,  Silicone Cupping and Full Spectrum Infared Therapy. Also Featuring Cause+Medic's CBD product line  AND  various uniquely blended Muscle recovery gels.  

 Her specialty is working with clients that suffer from Chronic Pain, Injury, and establishing a wellness routine for continued health care.  Along with manual therapy, Rene educates and directs clients to professionals in the field of stretching and strengthening. Collectively, regular massage along with detoxifying Infrared Therapy, and tissue/ muscle  training have known functional benefits for long term health care. 

 Each manual therapy session is customized  to your physical wellbeing,  utilizing a variety of massage modalities that will aid in your  path to recovery.
