I believe the body is a sacred vessel, and must be treated with respect and gentleness.  While sessions can be quite intense, as therapeutic pain is not avoidable, relief from restriction can be done deeply and without force.  By being grounded, focused and present, I am able as a therapist to listen to your body and read the sometimes very subtle cues that the body uses to draw our attention to the area of imbalance.  This place can frequently be located far from the symptom.
