Ryan Sauter

Ryan graduated from the Healing Hands School of Holistic Health in 2010 and has successfully worked at a number of different clinics and spas since that time. He uses a variety of different techniques including: Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, sports massage, reflexology, and cupping to provide a massage which promotes relaxation and pain relief by matching the techniques to the specific situation and needs of the client. The goal is to restore circulation and breakdown chronic trigger points (muscle knots) or tension caused from accidents, stress, overuse, imbalanced posture, or sports related injuries. In addition to his education in massage therapy, he has taken education in nutrition and health and is a firm believer that the body can heal itself of many different ailments if it is given the right nutrition and tools to do so.
