Hello, my name is  Ria Schodowski, and I am a therapeutic massage therapist specializing in chronic back pain, sports recovery, and injury prevention. I focus on helping clients improve mobility, reduce muscle tension, and manage pain through targeted techniques such as deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and stretching. My goal is to provide effective, results-driven treatments that support both athletic performance and long-term well-being.
