Licensed and practicing full-time since 2004, I've seen improvements treating many thousands of clients with Massage. It is my first love in bodywork. Craniosacral Therapy is a specialty that goes a level deeper. Remember the body is over 70% water? The body's fluids are the carriers of the blueprint for health from the organational level. This is important for stress management, TMJ or jaw pain, migraines, headaches, vertigo, dizziness, neck pain, concussions, and more. For chronic pain and fatigue, Craniosacral complements and eases the edges of conventional therapies. This gentle technique is a must-try.

Within holistic therapy a paradigm shift occurs: well-being and healing already exist in the blueprint of our inmost being. If that is supported, rather than overrun, our truest balance, health, and our sense of ourselves naturally emerges. This is what I practice in Rosewater and in life....and its constant learning. 

I love people. I support my clients to experience their own body wisdom, alive in ancient biophysical laws and language. From lessons of healing from my own chronic pain, I pass on the best I've learned. I give thanks to all my teachers and every person who lays on my table teaches me something valuable. It is a joy to witness body wisdom emerging in people's lives, and mine, untangling symptoms and opening to ease, health and joy.
