ROM Massage Therapy and Personal Training provides a unique treatment experience including Ashiatsu Massage, Integrative Massage, Stretch Sessions, and Personal Training for individuals and small groups.

Massage

I combine traditional massage therapy techniques with Ashiatsu, muscle activation, release, and flexibility techniques to help you reach your goals faster. Some of the techniques I use are PIR, PNF, and AIS, along with deep tissue, trigger point, and myofacial release.
