Rifka Hirsch

I have been practicing for the past 17 years. My professional training includes Somatic Experiencing (SE), Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Prenatal and Birth Therapy, and facilitation of Stephen Covey's 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. My practice has been enriched by my engagement with several approaches to Spiritual Awakening, including Buddhism, Advaita, Platonic philosopy, and the Way of Mastery.  My specialty is helping participants heal their unresolved trauma from the womb and birth, childhood development, grief and loss, accidents and war, and spiritual loss. My intention is to help participants experience greater self-awareness, with increasing well-being and creativity, a greater capacity for emotional range and depth, an expanding sense of spiritual embodiment, and a lasting felt-sense of living in the present moment ... in a loving, creative and fulfilling way.
