As a massage therapist/bodyworker I work with people who suffer from chronic pain and fatigue and specific pain issues. Utilizing 44+ yrs experience and a variety of modalities which include cupping, gua sha, vibration therapy, trigger point and more my goal is to reduce or eliminate pain and teach my clients techniques to use at home to maintain the level of comfort they desire. As a HEALTH COACH my focus is on FIBROMYALGIA and/or aging symptoms. Together we work as a team to discover the root cause of symptoms and to find solutions by implementing lifestyle changes, food intake adjustments, improving sleep, self therapies and more. Because we are all unique there is not one size fits all but working as a team we get results!
