Hello!  I am a Pain Relief Massage Therapist sub-specializing in Women's Health.

Using an intuitive approach based in anatomy knowledge, I focus on helping you create a new, pain-free normal by employing gentle deep tissue techniques and providing self care tools for you to take healing into your own hands.  My main modalities are Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique, Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy, Myofascial and various Energy Work techniqes including Emotion Code.
