I am in awe of how our bodies strive for balance & healing. I believe that Massage, Reiki, Acupressure & Shiatsu help our bodies achieve that.

I love the simplicity, relaxation & power of Reiki, the immediate results of Massage & facilitated stretching, the flow of energy through the body's meridians from Acupressure & Shiatsu, the total relaxation of Hot Stones & the healing effects of essential oils / aromatherapy. Each modality in it's own right is a powerful healing tool and when combined with other modalities the results are intensified.
