Hi there, I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2005.  I've trained in a plethora of modalities including oncology massage, manual lymph drainage, PTSD bodywork, myofascial release, reflexology, pregnancy, and more.  I include relaxation techniques, guided imagery, and breathwork when requested.  I am also a Certified Health Coach offering Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT Tapping) and created the G.R.E.A.T. Method which includes guided imagery, relaxation techniques, energy work, and acupressure/tapping.  

Our body is a complete entity that functions with amazing capabilities.  Keeping that in mind, creating balance is so important.  My goal is to offer a safe space to receive techniques that support balance and healing.
